When you shop on our website, please take time to understand our shipping policy so you can get the most out of your purchase.

The shipping fees on our website are less than what the shipping companies charge us because we try to keep shipping as affordable as possible for our customers.

Grains are heavy and the shipping companies regulate the weight of packages so we have designed our shipping practices and package sizes around what the shipping companies will allow, and to ensure we fit as much as possible in every box. This is why you will often see odd package sizes on our website such as 7.5 lb or 23 lb.

The main key is that the more you order, the more affordable shipping will be.

FREE SHIPPING

On orders over $99, and products specifically marked with FREE DELIVERY, we offer free shipping and delivery to the lower 48 states of the USA via UPS Ground delivery. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, nor do they ship large boxes outside the 48 states.

SHIPPING BOX SIZES

We ship in 4 box sizes:

Extra Small ($7.50) - holds 5 pounds, maximum.
Small ($9.99) - up to 15lb grain or 10lb flour.
Medium ($16.99) - up to 23 lb grain or 20 lb flour. If shipping to Canada, the max weight is 20lb.
Large ($19.99, or free if subtotal exceeds $99) - up to 46 lb grain or 40 lb flour.

Our website is designed to program the shipping cost and method based on your shipping location and the box size required. Sometimes, your shipment will be split into multiple shipments to make delivery possible.

UPS GROUND SHIPPING

Best option for our large paper bags (20lbs+) or 3 or more small bags.
Available to lower 48 states only. No PO Boxes.
5-8 days delivery
Any order that includes 3 or more 7.5lb paper bags
Any order that includes 1 or more 23lb bags
Free shipping (lower 48 states only) on 46 lb package. 46 lb package includes 2 bags, 23 lbs each.
No PO boxes allowed on UPS shipments.

2-DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING

All 50 US States, including Hawaii, Alaska. No PO Boxes.
2-3 days air delivery
Any order that includes 1 small bag (2.5 or 5 lbs)
No PO boxes allowed on 2-Day Express shipments.
2-Day Express shipping is provided by both Fedex and UPS. Only Fedex delivers 2-Day Express to Hawaii and Alaska, however.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING

5-8 days delivery
The only option for PO Boxes as well as Medium or larger shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.
The only shipping option available for APO, FPO, US Territories, and Canada.
For shipments to Canada, the maximum shipment size is 20lbs in a Medium box.
